SCPS requires a dedicated communications and marketing assistant to collaborate with the director of marketing, digital marketing specialist, and program directors , in particular, to assist in the development and implementation of creative marketing strategies, tactics and special projects for continuing and professional studies audiences. Using a calendar of marketing projects and deadlines, the Pratt style guide, and promotional framework in place at the Institute, the communications design and web assistant will primarily: 1) Create social media promotions to expedite the marketing needs for SCPS. 2) Add content to Enrole, the registration platform of the department. The assistant would meet with the director of marketing on a weekly basis to manage workload priorities. The marketing projects include but are not limited to: • Social media post design and implementation • Post-promotion analytics and next-steps research • Promotion Calendar Spreadsheet • Image Archival and Research |
